Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (such as coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks, and specialty drinks) according to company recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all ingredients, syrups, and toppings are properly stored and replenished as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage counter, equipment, and utensils at all times. Follow proper hygiene and safety standards in beverage preparation and handling. Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks served. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Assist team members during peak hours and support overall outlet operations when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in beverage preparation, cafe, or F&B environment is an advantage (training will be provided). Basic knowledge of drink-making techniques and ingredients. Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Responsible, punctual, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
