Position Summary

As a Beverage Solutions Specialist, you are to actively develop and educate Barista\'s in OOH channel on Nestl\xc3\xa9 Professional product value propositions, recipe solutions and variety in product application with a focus on our R&G solutions.

You will also be supporting the trade in customer engagements and join in the field for Demo\'s and discussion. Main role would also be menu development for Key customers. In addition, you would need to support Cold Beverage Solutions with the development of cold and coffeeshop concept development and NPD.

Co-manage the Consumer Engagement Centre (CEC) together with the Food team.

A day in the life of a Beverage Solutions Specialist

• Actively develop and educate Barista\'s in OOH channel on Nestl\xc3\xa9 Professional product value propositions, recipe solutions and variety in product application.
• Extensive time in trade demonstrating product application (50%-70%)
• Organizes and Manages customer demonstration days in the field and our Customer Engagement Centre
• Understands the OOH environment and target market and advises on new and better ways of interacting and driving awareness and usage of NP products, while supporting the marketing team to constantly update and improve our sales tools.
• Recommends NPDI based on Barista-to-Barista relationship and industry insights.
• Technical advisor and trainer to customers (Barista\'s in OOH Channel)
• Drives strong sales product knowledge of NP sales organization & 3rd party technical partners and application (to support external education of Barista\'s in OOH channel)
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and understand customer requirements to recommend menu development.
• Knows Basic Mixology and can work with 3rd parties (Monin, Kerry) to develop and demonstrate concoctions and customer menus.
• Can work with standard beverages to develop Coffee shop recipe applications.
• Is Media savvy and can support the creation of how-to & demo videos, both developing the idea and execute in front of the camera, for sales team as well as for digital usage on internal and external platforms?

• Speaks English & Malay (Mandarin a plus).
• A person that is looking to make a career beyond Barista and looking to develop commercial and managerial skills.
• Proven and recognized (inter) national Barista Skills
• At least 3 years\' experience as Barista
• Knows the latest trends in coffee and barista preparations.
• Experience in Beverage Menu planning and management
• Nutritional Knowledge.
