Description Primary Objective: To grow the SME Deposits portfolio and Joy@Work via new business acquisition with the objective of meeting individual targets. To execute the action plans set by the BSS Team Lead and achieve the assigned performance targets To continuously cross-sell the Bank\'s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank\'s financial objectives. To execute business plans and strategies set by the Business Solutions Team Lead To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank\'s business. To work closely with the Deposit Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Team Lead and HQ Sales team Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Activities To identify business opportunities and acquire new-to-bank SME customers in delivering KPIs of SME Deposits, Joy@Work and other primary cross-sell banking products and solutions To secure appointments and make effective client presentations for acquisitions To manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client and its employees To manage portfolio of NTB clients with vintage up to 6 months To provide timely analysis of competitor offerings and services, to keep management apprised of the market practice To execute business plan for SME Deposit acquiring plan for new SME account & Joy@Work. Actively drive for SME deposits, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met. To prepare sales report for Team Lead and HQ Sales team. To build and maintain relationship with customers in particular with the Decision Maker and Top Head Management. . To handle customer complaints and queries. SME Deposits relationships task and Joy@Work is priority. Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time. . Operations & Compliance Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements Requirements Requirements: Diploma - Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent. - Banking certification Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferable with SME and payroll sales experience Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently Able to work well with a team and external parties Result oriented with ability to lead a team to meet business targets Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
