Responsible for overall plant functioning, maintenance and review of all facility equipment, buildings, operation of HVAC, installation and repair of plant system, solar system, electrical system.
Perform and coordinate Electrical System Calibration and Maintenance as comply to Latest Electrical Supply Regulation requirements.
Implement preventive maintenance of electrical installation and equipment.
Assist Deputy GM to prepare Yearly Budget for Electrical facility consumption and maintenance.
Coordinate plant engineering project including plant overhaul.
Monitor and evaluate energy consumption and provide report to Costing department.
Support new construction project such as Solar panel installation.
Manage service contract, such as renewal of service contract, and liaise with Service vendors.
