Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
Assist customers with purchases and product enquiries.
Handle cash, payments, and operate the POS system.
Restock shelves and keep the store neat and organized.
Manage returns, refunds, and parcel payments.
Support simple daily admin or ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred (fresh grads welcome!).
Able to use a cashier/POS system.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Friendly, responsible, and enjoys helping customers.
