Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role



We are seeking friendly and responsible Store Crew to provide excellent customer service and assist in daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities



Assist customers with purchases and answer product-related inquiries. Operate the POS system and handle cash or payments accurately. Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization. Process returns, refunds, and parcel services efficiently. Support daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements



Minimum SPM qualification. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficient in operating a cashier/POS system. Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
