Driving Sales & KPI\'s.
Ensure that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met with the help of the proper management and organization techniques.
Develop the store business and achieve objectives on all aspects (turnover, team development, brandimage and customer recruitment & loyalty).
Manage boutique operations in detail at daily, weekly and monthly levels and set up procedures as wellas manages budget and stock inventory.
Motivate, lead and coach the team to develop each potential.
Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.
Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.
Apply the brand selling method and service policy.
Provide beauty advice to customers.
Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.
Showcase consumers\' application techniques and routines (make up, skincare).
Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.
Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.
Ensure feedback and reporting to Retail Manager or head office.
TanggungjawabRequirements:
At least 2-3 years of boutique management experience.
Ability to communicate with HQ and the team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear strategies.
Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.
Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills.
Willing to work in shift base & public holidays
