The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, marketing & selling skill, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, high branch revenue and team productivity.\xe2\x97\x8fAble to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.\xe2\x97\x8fLeadership quality\xe2\x97\x8fExperience in sales & marketing\xe2\x97\x8fTidy and meticulous person.\xe2\x97\x8fCaring, loving and wiling to work with children and toddler.\xe2\x97\x8fStrong communication skills and team work.\xe2\x97\x8fMultitasking\xe2\x97\x8fAble to work shift5 days work. 2 days offday on weekday.\xe2\x97\x8fWork VenueElmina Lakeside Mall, Shah AlamResponsibilities1)Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff, training & ensuring performance targets are met.2)Operational Oversight: Ensure branch operations run smoothly and efficiently, including customer service, inventory management, facility maintenance and scheduling.3)Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer requests effectively, ensuring a high standard of service.4)Sales & Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance and implement various marketing & sales strategies to ensure branch revenue target is met.5)Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the branch complies with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.Benefits
