Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8b

1/ Grow and nurture community for brand affinity, demand generation and fulfilment. Includes management of Digital Brand Content to drive continuous reach/engagement and prospects/customers via the utilization of key social media channels and strategies.
2/ Push for innovation, at the edge of capability utilization and new features/ platforms.
3/ Strategy development for optimal use of multi-platform/cross-platform. This requires a continuous drive to deliver best-in-class utilization of respective platforms with a premium on creative ideation.
4/ Work with marketing communications teams to define and design a content measurement framework to support paid media efficiency and effectiveness. This can be measured and agreed to by major stakeholders within the company.
5/ Align intent, operational execution with marketing communication teams and agency partners for campaign development.

6/ Domain KPIs around reach & engagement, as well as co-responsibility on brand and business health

7/ Push for innovation, at the edge of capability utilization and new features/platforms.

8/ Grow and nurture community for brand affinity, demand generation and fulfilment.
