Your Role You will be a part of the marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns, shopper activation plans, trade events through to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels. Your role as a marketing executive is to be a pillar of support to the marketing function and drive the operational activities for South-east Asia (SEA) region. Your Key Task Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Work with internal stakeholders and agencies on brand asset creation, content creation and deployment of activations. Regular monitoring of brand\'s social media platforms. Monitor and analyze each campaigns\' key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide marketing operational support through raising purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and see-through payment processing activities to relevant parties Liaise with external agencies for quotation and invoice, ensure service delivery once Purchase Order is created Conduct new SKU Code creation for new product launch and promotional packs Manage Code Extension for new product launch extended to Malaysia Identify listing information and pricing structure of new / extended codes Perform price submission in RMS system and ensure it reflects in SAP Create tracking files and manage budget tracker Arrange logistics with warehouse for sample request to agencies for field sampling / content creation activities Manage Co-Pack arrangement for promotional activities Raise Brand Marketing Investment; track marketing expenses monthly Manage administrative matters post decision on premiums with suppliers; in terms of legal and system documentation Work closely with procurement to onboard new vendors Extract data from numerous databases and prepare regular reports for the team.
