Job Description


: . To create brand & product awareness by developing BTL activities, strategies, ideas with clear brand objective & mission. . Creative development by producing ideas, design/ artwork, creative, production for the POSM and Advertising Materials, in line with brand\'s direction. . Essentially to track & monitor the usage of POPs materials across channel and region, ensuring 100% execution and adhere to brands planogram guideline. . To update Product Training materials and coach the distributor\'s team, retailers, promoters, merchandisers and others to ensure they are equipped with 100% knowledge of our products vs competitors and product line strategy. . The need to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of promoter activation in driving the products off-take at store levels. . To assist in copywriting such as conceptualize, write and proof read content. . To conduct marketing surveys on new products in order to determine the appropriate key message, tagline and brand & marketing strategy. . Responsible in liaising with Event Agency in coordinating the events and in-stores promotion/ promoters activations. Eg: Promoters placements, trade letters to key retailers, and coordinating samples/ props. . To handle administrative / documentation work including generating reports, consolidating datas/ information, campaign results, recordings/ tracking datas, filing and etc. . To monitor and track A&P expenditure to ensure marketing activities are within approved budget. . To conduct monthly business meeting with regional marketing team in updating and aligning on Malaysia market situations/trend, competitors activities and pre & post activities planned or executed. Required work experience : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Science/ Marketing & Promotional Management or equivalent. Prefer candidate with at least 2 years of working experience in Marketing and/or Branding in OTC or FMCG industry. A person with good business acumen, excellent in data analysis and solution proposals/ ideas. Computer literacy in MS Office. (Work well in Excel & PPT). Passionate to propose his/her own ideas and strategies with logical explanation and objective to improve the business. Possess strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, results oriented, team player and able to work independently. Good command in English & Chinese, both spoken and written. Able to work in fast pace working environment. Willing to travel. (Required to travel outstation/ East Malaysia 1-2 times per month). Added advantage: Able to start work immediately and speaks Japanese language.
