Purpose Drive brand strategy development and execution to enhance brand value offering, maximize growth opportunities and monitor budgets to ensure the realization of revenue and profitability. Partner with external stakeholders, clients, and customers to ensure broaden access to target brands and improve consumer experience. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues and sales team to ensure flawless execution of desired strategies and tactics. Key Responsibilities Develop clear, well-communicated vision and marketing strategies that can be translated to effective marketing and sales plan; Formulate strategic marketing and tactical plans for current and future products launches within the franchise through effective brands, operational, forecast and budget plans to ensure sales, profitability and market share targets are achieved, preferably with exposure in Medical Device and/or Consumer Healthcare products ; Optimize allocation of all resources to brands through active assessment of return of investment; Build strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders; Build strong collaboration with cross functional team to ensure continuous and sustained brand competitive advantage; Monitor market conditions and analyse various relevant data, i.e. sales, IMS, customers\' offtake, retail audit, shopper research, to identify opportunities for market access, business development and innovative program; Enhance customer/consumer connections by creating digital platform and evaluating effectiveness of the digital strategy; Provide marketing support to the sales team with regards to the product & disease relevant training and KOLs management; Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma\'s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions. Requirements A Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Business, or Science with 2-5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or sales in healthcare, OTC, pharmaceutical, or FMCG business - preferably with exposure in medical device and/or consumer healthcare products; Proven capability of leading multi-channel development, category strategy, and channel strategy; Well-skilled in both written and spoken English (for precision, clarity, establishing context, good documentation needs, etc.); Strong planning and analytical skills with high level of creativity and comfortable in creating / challenging new ideas; Solid influencing capability and experience in managing all levels of internal and external stakeholders; Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills; Strong ethical and compliance mindset.
