An exciting Territory Manager (Medical Device) job has become available at one of the world leaders in medical devices and training solutions.

About the Territory Manager (Medical Device) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for building, planning, executing and managing the company\'s overall business of medical devices. This role also plays an important part in enhancing the education quality for healthcare professionals, first responders and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting sales quotas and revenue goals for the assigned territory
  • Promoting and educating healthcare professionals about the company\'s medical devices
  • Implementing and aligning sales strategies with the company\'s market plans and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities
  • Staying up-to-date with the features, benefits, and applications of the medical devices being sold
  • Providing training sessions and educational materials to customers and internal stakeholders on product usage and benefits
  • Analyse historical sales trends while keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Adhering to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales interactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues, including sales teams, product specialists, and customer support to achieve objectives
To succeed in this Territory Manager (Medical Device) role, you must effectively build relationships, meet sales targets, and maintain in-depth product knowledge while aligning with company strategies and fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree in life sciences, or healthcare management is preferred
  • Minimum of five years of proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of medical device products and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
  • Market analysis and territory management skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
