Responsible for overall brand equity management and brand positioning. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute brand & marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Develop a brand strategy based on research and prepare an annual brand plan to develop brand strategy and drive brand growth in line with the company\'s budget. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Identify and manage new & existing partnership opportunities for collaboration to reach a wider audience and yield a better result. Identify and explore resources on sponsoring events and propose sponsorship plans. Plan and execute partnerships and events to grow our brand awareness in various markets in Asia.
Responsible for the brand ambassador and influencer marketing campaign, liaison, sourcing, and managing communication with them. Oversee, review, and manage the activities and contents posted by Brand Ambassador or KOL.
Manage and work closely with Media and Creative agencies to ensure the timely execution /implementation of campaigns. Ensuring all brand creative from the marketing team (i.e. advertisement, presentation, social media campaigns, blogs, testimonials) conveys a consistent tone and message.
Use all possible contacts (both media and non-media) to gain maximum publicity. Assist in managing Public Relationships between the Brands and Media, including Brand ambassadors and Influencers, and engage these partners to strengthen the Brand and Media relationships.
Conduct post-review to analyse results of executed activities and initiatives and identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
Desire to project brands to the next levels with building of brands at the heart of consumers.
Willingness to engage in robust discussions on strategy with a strong point of view.
