Job Description


A Branding & Communication Manager, that devise and execute impactful communication strategies that elevate brand awareness, perception, and loyalty. Uphold brand identity and messaging consistency across diverse channels.The role of Branding & Communication Manager is to coordinate and lead submissions for company awards in collaboration with agencies and partners. Also, develop and implement robust communication strategies aligned with company objectives and target demographics. Together with other responsibilities as below:

  • Managing creation and oversight of communication materials across platforms including websites, social media, press releases, and advertisements.
  • Define and uphold brand identity, positioning, and guidelines encompassing visual elements, tone of voice, and core values for consistent representation across all touch points.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver compelling creative assets and campaigns.
  • Analyse brand performance metrics across digital channels, conduct regular market research, and gather customer feedback to optimise strategies and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging and collateral for new product/service launches, ensuring alignment with communication and brand strategies throughout the customer journey.
  • Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, identify market trends, and capitalise on opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Background in Corporate Communications and/or Marketing Communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Creative thinker adept at turning ideas into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in team management
  • Prior experience in branding
