Job Description

We are looking for a highly personable, responsible, and enthusiastic Bread Baker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in bread production, baking and daily kitchen operations. Prepare and bake various types of bread according to recipes and production requirements. Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for the bread-making process. Conduct quality control checks, ensuring product consistency, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times. Assist in ingredient and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and freshness of raw materials. Support production planning to ensure smooth and timely output. Work closely with the baking team and kitchen staff to coordinate bread production with other menu items and food service needs. Maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and follow proper daily cleaning procedures. Stay updated with current bread baking trends and techniques to improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to the bakery.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in

East Coast Garden, Kuantan

. Basic knowledge of baking products and bread-making processes. Experience as a baker or in a similar baking role is an advantage. Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other staff. Able to work early mornings. Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
