Prepare and bake different types of breads.

Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

Operate bakery equipment such as mixers and ovens.

Perform dough mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring techniques.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.

Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.

Work with the team to fulfill daily production goals.

Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products.

??????? / Qualifications & Requirements?



Proven experience as a Bread Baker or similar role.

Knowledge of artisan bread-making techniques.
??????????????????????

Ability to work early morning shifts.
??????????

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
?????????????????

Food handler certification is a plus.
?????????????????

Ability to lift heavy bags of flour and baking trays.
????????????????

Passion for baking and creativity in recipe development.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
