Job Description

• Extensive experience in design shop drawings, system configuration, DDC termination diagram
• Able to liaise with client, contractor and consultant to obtain information on site conditions.
• Able to monitor the site progress of installation work and T&C phase.
• Well know HVAC control sequencing PLC logic programming.
• Extensive experience in deploying, optimizing, and efficiency software.
• Well know Tridium Niagara software, JC Metasys software.
• Familiarity with field I/O devices and automation GUI tools.
• Computer software skill: AutoCAD, graphic design software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office, Microsoft Power Point and Project.

Responsibilities

System Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement Building Control Systems based on project requirements.
• Ensure the integration of various components for seamless system functionality.

Project Management:

• Oversee BCS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for BCS installations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize solutions accordingly.

Documentation:

• Create comprehensive project documentation, including system designs, specifications, and user manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of project changes and updates.

Testing and Validation:

• Conduct thorough testing of BCS components to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Validate system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.

Training:

• Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on BCS functionality and operation.
• Provide ongoing support and educational resources to enhance user proficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BCS technology.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and performance.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure that BCS projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and update systems accordingly.

Benefits

• Salary Range: RM4,000 - RM4,500 + RM600 (Allowances)
