Building Management And Maintenance Executive

Job Description
- Work closely and monitor service contractors and ensure its optimum performance at all time.
- Proactively carry out inspection on the condition of the building and prepare report and recommendation for rectification or improvement.
- Responsible for planning, organize, schedule and supervise General worker, Cleaners & Security Guards to perform daily task effectively to completion on priority basis.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and government agencies with regards to building safety & health, licenses, permits, security and operations.
- Ensure implementation of company Security Procedures
- Plan the Schedule for preventive maintenance of building and associated utilities
- Prepare Monthly Inspection Report
- Prepare Monthly Maintenance Service Report
- Update Schedule of monthly maintenance service
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies, materials and equipment
- Arrange Collection of Recycle item & General Waste
- Any other assignments given to you by your superior from time to time.
- Any other positions appointed to you by the Management (QMS - Quality Management System) as per memo/supporting documents/information announcement
