You will be responsible for conducting strategic location assessments, evaluating opportunities, and supporting the company\'s expansion strategy to enhance overall growth and brand visibility.

• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new retail store opportunities and assess market trends, demographics, and competitor activity.
• Evaluate potential store locations based on factors such as foot traffic, customer demographics, competition, and financial feasibility.
• Support the development of expansion strategies by providing data-driven insights to optimize location selection and store performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on store performance metrics, including sales, foot traffic, and profitability, to track success and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive store performance reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.
• Conduct post-opening analysis to evaluate the success of new store locations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, operations, finance, and marketing, to align store openings with company goals.
• Conduct financial modeling and ROI analysis for proposed store locations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and retail innovations to support continuous improvement in the expansion strategy.

Working with a High Performing Team|Supportive Leaders and BOD

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (eg. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Experience in store performance reporting, KPI tracking, and retail analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the retail industry or a strong understanding of retail operations is a plus.
