Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its services.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the waste management industry and its regulations are added value.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance, showing proactive initiative, adaptability, and the capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic business environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail, goal-orientation, and a strong sense of customer service to meet client expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Possession of own transportation and willingness to travel for business purposes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, to create impactful presentations, reports, and other documentation.
