Sales Development Executive is responsible for sales lead qualification, reporting to sales director and working closely with the sales team to support growth.
Primary responsibilities
Processing incoming flow of leads from different digital marketing initiatives
Qualification of leads and create the sales funnel
Do the discovery by Identify, contact, and arrange for demos to prospects
Follow and contribute to the sales playbook, including arguments and answers to objections
Build and maintain pipeline of potential end users by developing and managing relationships with prospects
Maintain good administration hygiene of contacts and accounts in the CRM
Build positive working relationships with resellers
Prepare report, feedback, and assist resellers by communicating needs to account managers or product team
Closing sales and achieving assigned sales targets
