We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong IT background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development, a solid understanding of IT products and services, and the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's goals and growth strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand and present IT solutions effectively.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
