Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support, fresh graduated are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
  • Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
  • Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Showroom Salesperson specializing in water filter products, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and promote our range of water filtration products in our showroom. You will engage with customers, answer their inquires, and guide them through the product selection process. This role involves explaining product features, benefits, and ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions. Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
  • Establish rapport to customer queries and concerns.
2. Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of water filter products in the showroom.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in water filtration technology.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of different filtration systems.
3. Product Demonstration:
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of water filter products.
  • Address customer questions during the demonstration.
4. Consultative Selling:
  • Assess the customer\'s water quality and filtration requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products based on the customer\'s needs and budget.
5. Sales and Closing:
  • Effectively communicate pricing, warranties, and payment options.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Close sales and process transactions accurately.
6. Product Maintenance:
  • Ensure that the showroom products are clean, well-maintained, and in working order.
  • Coordinate with HQ for any repairs or replacements.
7. Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Update customer profiles with relevant information.
8. Customer Follow-up:
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Provide after-sales support and guidance on product usage and maintenance.
9. Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
10. Market Research:
  • Saty informed about competitors\' products and pricing.
  • Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
