Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in logistics, transportation, or warehousing).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and warehousing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
