Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conversion of new business opportunities.
• Responsible for providing excellent service level to existing customers and ensure customers retention.
• Maintain customer relationship by understanding their current and future needs and responding promptly.
• Identify contacts of potential and target customers.
• Develop strong pipeline for sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives by generating new business and increase market share.
• Growing our export volume and developing sales skills.
• Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.
• Responsible for meeting Departmental KPI and Sales Target Set.
• Ensure compliance of Departmental Standard Procedure and Company Quality System.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and problem resolution through cross-functional support locally and globally.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide clear direction to operations support staff to implement the right solution and business execution.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and task simultaneously.
• Strong customer focus, good analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and highly disciplined.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales & Marketing/Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Solid understanding and experience of the theory and practice of supply chain management, transportation management in particular.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding Company is an added advantage.
