Description
To perform sales and business activities
1. To promote and sell General Insurance Bancassurance product at RHB Branches
2. To identify potential prospects and build/maintain close rapport with both bankers and customers
3. Provide sales advisory to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s customers on General Insurance products
4. To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
5. To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve monthly sales target
6. Actively participate in the bank\xe2\x80\x99s sales and promotion activities
7. To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
8. Ensure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliance with internal and external polices, guideline as well as regulations
1. To penetrate Joy@Work Database - Company Joy and Individual Joy
2. To increase the Penetration Ratio (%) on Mass and Affluent segments
3. To target untapped emerging segments (RHB Affluent Segment)
4. To ensure to achieve the monthly assigned target and yearly individual budget
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant professional qualification in insurance and/or degree in any discipline.
