Description Primary Objective: To perform sales and business activities To promote and sell General Insurance Bancassurance product at RHB Branches To identify potential prospects and build/maintain close rapport with both bankers and customers Provide sales advisory to the Bank\'s customers on General Insurance products To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve monthly sales target Actively participate in the bank\'s sales and promotion activities To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service Ensure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliance with internal and external polices, guideline as well as regulations To increase the overall Renewal Ratio (%) to min 70% for business classes To increase the Penetration Ratio (%) on Mass and Affluent segments To target untapped emerging segments (RHB Affluent Segment) To ensure to achieve the monthly assigned target and yearly individual budget Requirements Formal Education: Bachelor in Degree or Diploma Holder.
