Identify business opportunities, engage corporate clients, and grow the company's presence in the learning and development space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training and learning solutions.
2. Build strong client relationships & understand their needs.
3. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
4. Practice consultative selling to deliver business impact.
5. Collaborate with training and internal teams for seamless training delivery.
6. Nurture long-term partnerships through consistent engagement.
7. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or any related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training and mentorship provided).
3. 2-4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or corporate training may be considered for Senior Executive positions.
4. Positive, proactive, and people-oriented attitude.
5. Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
6. Experience in the training industry is an added advantage, but a strong desire to grow and succeed is most important.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
