Responsibilities:
1. Assist in site acquisition which includes analysis and research for new store location, presentation, gather business intelligence within the marketplace and prepare documentations.
2. Prepare traffic count with PPT & Excel and prepare BDC, IRR PPT & Memo.
3. Draft a letter of offer, tenancy agreement.
4. Prepare TNB Consent letter, renovation consent, cover letter, payment voucher, tenancy.
5. Commencement Letter (TCL), TCL Memo.
6. Contact candidate/ landlord.
7. Administrative support.
8. Assist in following up with external parties (Eg: Landlord, traffic count part timer, etc).
9. Work closely and resolve issues with other department members or management.
10. Call out for survey and check the area if it is suitable for establishing a store.
11. Other ad-hoc project/task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any fields.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
