Your new role Your responsibilities would consist of: Purchasing Task Formulation and Execution. Collaborate in creating purchasing tasks aligned with annual company goals and strategies. Mobilise resources to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly procurement plans. Ensure timely and adequate procurement operations while maintaining profitability. Market Expansion and Brand Enhancement by taking charge of domestic market promotion, including selection, design, research, and feedback. Expand into new business areas and markets to boost brand image and competitiveness. Team Building and Employee Development, Lead departmental team development and training.Manage risks and supervise work processes. Motivate, guide, and appraise team members\' performance. Employee Engagement and Skill Improvement, Address employees\' sentiments and foster motivation. Prioritise business training and overall skill enhancement. Operational Management and Financial Oversight, Oversee daily team operations and establish effective reporting mechanisms. Manage departmental financial budgets and capital risk management. What you\'ll need to succeed With over five years of Business Manager experience, possessing the ability to shape strategic choices for the market and a robust aptitude for cultivating new business. Preferred experience within the metal waste management recycling sector. Proficient in comprehending sales/purchasing developmental processes, adept at assessing customer mindset, and well-versed in building and overseeing sales teams.
