• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services in addressing clients needs.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate strong team spirit in order to forge strong working relationships within and across the business segments to meet defined goals and targets.
• Provide insights and thought leadership within dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders.

What you need to have:

• Experience in generating new business opportunities and leads with good client management skills.
• Be able to follow up on leads and opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• A strong sales and growth mentality.
• Previous work experience in sales-related role especially in employee benefits will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Voluntary and active participation in various projects outside of specific responsibilities to support business or organizational needs.
• Willing to contribute to expand your clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required.
• Outgoing personality and independent in nature with good interpersonal competencies.
