Open Position: Business Development Manager, Point of Sales (POS) & Customer Management System (CMS) (Tech-based Company)A Tech-based Company is hiring for Business Development Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible to lead the business development planning and strategies of new POS product launches for the company.Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience in selling solutions such as Point of Sales (POS), Customer Management System (CMS), Software based Solutions and etc
- Good networking skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients within Retails, Food & Beverage (F&B) or other related industries
- Understand the landscape of industries with the ability to develop strategies and proposals to build the business, for short-term and long-term
- Lead discussions and contract negotiations with clients to help them achieve their business objectives and goals
- Hire, train and motivate a team of Sales Specialists
- Proactive, motivated and strong ownership towards achieving business goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
