Position: Business Development Specialist (Interior Design/Office Furniture)

Client Background: Manufacturing and Sales of Office Renovation

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration:

\xc2\xb7 Salary + Bonus: RM3,500-6,000 or more

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Develop for new customers, new projects and new business opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 To build a good rapport and long term relationships with customers and designers.

\xc2\xb7 To conduct an effective product / business presentation to clients according to their needs.

\xc2\xb7 To provide customer-focused solutions and to meet the company\'s business goals and sales targets.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for follow-up and co-ordinate on projects progress throughout the sales process.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure timely payment by clients.

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as when assigned.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree in Business or any equivalent field.

\xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in renovation, M&E, interior design or office furniture industry.

\xc2\xb7 Good in communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Task orientated, self-motivated and able to work independently.

\xc2\xb7 Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Time management and planning skills

\xc2\xb7 Must possess own transport and willing to travel
