We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager - Asset Servicing and Clearing & Settlements. Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities Support Global Business Manager - Asset Servicing and Clearing & Settlements on Workforce planning, financial related activities, other key activities, projects aligned under Business Management function. Continuously drive and enhance the process Costs and headcount correctly apportioned in line with Finance principles and Work Force Plan A robust governance framework embedded, providing transparency of saves across key saves initiatives i.e. CTA, Rubix...etc. and incremental FTEs inclusive of re-investment via saves. Any exceptions escalated and managed through to resolution Develop, maintain and distribute all necessary Management Information reporting as and when required. Responsible for providing proactive, insightful analysis with the ability to explain historic performances and future strategies to wider audience adding commercial context The role will be quite dynamic and will require the candidate to be able to handle multiple, evolving tasks as required. Handle ad-hoc projects as necessary relating to various elements of MSS Operations. Requirements What you\'ll need to succeed in the role Sharp business and commercial acumen, strong analytical skill Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Business Management, COO function experience required Experience of translating data into meaningful analysis and reporting preferred Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk effectively Excellent leader who exhibits robust judgment, decision making and is resilient to change Strong problem solving capability, able to multi-task well under pressure and in times of ambiguity. Organised with systemic approach to programme execution Practical experience of major business transformation activities A broad understanding of workforce management, financial budgets, with experience of analysing data effectively for planning, forecasting and reporting Ability to perform under pressure, with a consistent track to influence senior management Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in clear language Proven experience in senior stakeholder management built on strong interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to give presentations and briefings to senior management Proven ability in managing and coordinating geographically dispersed teams With track record of developing structured solutions to unstructured problems, encompassing a pragmatic approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
