Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Partner with key distributors, develop new opportunities, implement sales and marketing strategies and manage day-to-day business activities to achieve established revenue goals within the assigned territory.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders and KOLs
  • Prospect new business, generate leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Support contract negotiation and onboarding process for new distributors
  • Support proposal and bid preparation
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet established financial goals
  • Support stock replenishment activities and demand planning
  • Liaise with Customer Care team to monitor and track delivery of customers orders
  • Track and report sales calls and opportunities using SFDC
  • Provide customers support through email, phone, virtual and in person meetings
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline in life sciences
  • 10+ years of sales experience preferably in medical device or pharma
  • Experience in B2B sales and distributor management in healthcare is desirable
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
