Partner with key distributors, develop new opportunities, implement sales and marketing strategies and manage day-to-day business activities to achieve established revenue goals within the assigned territory.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders and KOLs
Prospect new business, generate leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel
Support contract negotiation and onboarding process for new distributors
Support proposal and bid preparation
Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet established financial goals
Support stock replenishment activities and demand planning
Liaise with Customer Care team to monitor and track delivery of customers orders
Track and report sales calls and opportunities using SFDC
Provide customers support through email, phone, virtual and in person meetings
Liaise between the customer and internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline in life sciences
10+ years of sales experience preferably in medical device or pharma
Experience in B2B sales and distributor management in healthcare is desirable
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
