Creating a Launch Plan for various events and activities
Creating a communication and change management plan with the right storytelling
End to End execution of Engagement sessions keeping in mind multicultural backgrounds of teams
Be part of the team implementing the Hub Strategy related to culture, engagement, improvement
Venturing into new areas to improve the status quo and build new designs of how things can be done better
Learning different aspects of what makes a GBS Hub and how can user and customer experience be improved
Chance to work autonomously and with cross functional teams on various projects which involve taking stakeholder feedback and developing solutions based on the feedback
Thinking of sustainability measures to improve our hub\'s environmental footprint and employee wellbeing quotient
About you
Skills required:
Graduate in any stream
Fluency in written and spoken English
Curious mind, Problem-Solver mentality, Can-do attitude, Good in building connections and interpersonal skills
It\'s a bonus -
if you have done any project at your university which involved you setting up a team/committee and delivered results
if you are from a marketing, communications, design, GBS specialization or enjoy creation (video content, blogging, music etc)
if you speak any other languages
