Business Services Graduate Trainee for Operations is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to experience a hands-on, on-the-job training for Human Resource Services scopes.
This position provides a unique platform to learn the various end-to-end processes in the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) and Connect to Resolve (C2R) scopes: Onboarding, Offboarding, Job Change, International Assignment, Absence Management, and Query Management. This is also an opportunity for you to gain exposure working with Multi Country and Culture within SBS HRS teams.
This role is based in Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Key responsibilities to support Team Manager on:
The specific processes within Employee Life Cycle stream.
Actively support and involvement on the Core model deployment, process simplification, harmonization, and automatization.
Actively involve on continues process improvement from each work stream.
The knowledge transfer and Desktop Procedure (DTP) creation for the new country transition to KL Captive Center
Actively support Global transformation project deployment in the respective work stream and country.
Skills and Experience:
Working experience is not required as training will be provided
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power point, Words etc
Positive attitude and mindset aligned with \xe2\x80\x9cPlay to Win\xe2\x80\x9d behaviors.
Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Can work in multi-tasking environment
Can connect the dots and think strategically
Willingness to develop and learn
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Proficient in other foreign languages such as Korean will be an advantages
Effective communication at all level.
Qualifications:
Master/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Engineering or equivalent
Experienced in social activities and student or University organization
