Context

In 2019, Sanofi Group has undergone a deep transformation of its organization under the umbrella of the CHLOE program. The reorganization has resulted in a radical change of the existing organizational structure which was particularly driven by 1 main factor: the creation of a standalone Consumer HealthCare (CHC) Global Business Unit within Sanofi Group. To support this new business unit, CHC decided to create a Global Business Services (GBS).

Global Business Services

In October 2020, Global Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating Sanofi\xe2\x80\x99s transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone CHC business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets.

CHC GBS drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.

CHC Global Business Services is managing global end-to-end (E2E) processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by using innovative solutions while simplifying and harmonizing the E2E process delivery. GBS is structured around the end-to-end processes:

Account to Report (A2R), Source to Value incl tactical sourcing & Travel and Expenses (S2V), Customer Invoice to Cash (CI2C), Finance Pivot (FP&A), Master Data Management (MDM).

In 2022, Sanofi board confirmed the need of establishing an autonomous GBS organization by extending to a new Service Line: People Services (PPLS).

Therefore, GBS Technology & Solutions lead is looking for a Business Services Graduate Trainee - GBS People Services

Main responsibilities:

Support Technology & Solutions Lead in

GBS Transition

  • Support implementation of virtual segregation for global and local applications
  • Support test scenarios redaction and execution for global, local applications
  • Support access management request to GBS PPLS team during transition
Technology
  • Support the creation of a central applications repository with access management guidelines
  • Collaborate with Digital stakeholders to identify new systems/applications supporting the GBS PPLS strategy
  • Support market analysis on technology solutions in use in shared service center
Data management
  • Support data extraction, transformation & visualization strategy & execution
  • Collaborate with P&C partner for people KPI generation and common dashboard project
  • Participate in the data quality strategy definition
  • Support on KPI generation and analysis
Solutions
  • Actively collaborate with GBS PPE team to maximize the use of process documentation tool (Signavio), process mining (QPR) and documentation repository under sharepoint
  • Support the improvement of GBS PPLS internal sharepoint
  • Centralize documentations on system training to create a technology learning path
Continuous Improvement
  • Co animates with Technology & Solutions Lead a community around technology and solutions topics
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement discussion at local and global level
  • Support GBS PPLS leadership in review of pain point at local/global level
About you
  • Experience: Fresh / less than 2 years of experience
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT and Engineering or equivalent
  • Experienced in social activities and student or University organization
  • Exposed to applications such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, Workday, process mining tool is a plus
  • Languages: English; any other language is appreciated
