We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to assist in managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across multiple business units. The role supports procurement, inventory, logistics coordination, and documentation processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders (POs) and related documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams on shipments, deliveries, and import/export matters.
Maintain and update inventory records, trackers, and reports.
Support regulatory and compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Monitor and follow up on order status, stock availability, and product movement.
Provide general business and operational support to managers and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Key Requirement:
Basic administrative knowledge & procurement
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Knowledge of import/export documentation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
