Minimum Experience :1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing/digital marketing/retail/sales development role is preferred or retailing business environment

Others:

• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in marketing, communications or related field.
• Web proficiency, extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience in brand marketing, copywriting, content creation, public relations and event management.
• A minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing/digital marketing/retail/sales development role is preferred.
• Skilled in problem solving; verbal and written communication; and customer service.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Flexible and able to think out the box, contribute to brain storming sessions.
• Able to work under pressure, work methodically and meet short deadlines.

• Develop and execution of Sales marketing plans and sampling strategy, including advertising and promotional activities.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media) and promotional events [Offline]
• Daily up-dated social media content , story and do live [ TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, shopee etc.)
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Prepared data and KPI report related with Sales & Marketing.
• Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
• Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
• Responsible in Online/Offline Marketing Strategy including planning, organizing promotional activities to achieve target KPI and executing customer order fulfillment.
