Job Description


  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in spoken and written. Mandarin added advantage
  • Preferably with at 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Able to work on a shift and rotation basis.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
Responsibilities

s:
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone, live-chat, email and Facebook.
  • Responds to customer inquiries, concerns and requests regarding all products and services.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
  • Inform customers of sales promotions and services, and processes payments for orders, or exchanges.
  • Upselling and cross-selling over the phone, live-chat, email and any other internet platform.
