  • SPM
  • Can start immediately
  • Good communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
  • Proficient in the use of computers
  • Pleasant personality and able to handle stress
Tanggungjawab
  • Attend to customer\'s inquiries
  • To make call to our client customers to either promote / offer loans / provide solution
  • To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
  • To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
  • To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
  • To attend inbound and outbound call
