Call Center Retention Officer (broadcasting Company)

Job Description
Location : Bukit Jalil (Transportation Provided From Nearby Train Station)
Basix Salary : RM 2,400 + Comission
Work Hour : 5 days weekly with allocated shift timings (9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm).
(Including Public Holidays and weekends)
Job Scope : Assist call center on inquiries from customers with requests on subscription termination.
Join Date : 10th January
Requirement:
- Able to get start immediately
- Have passion to drive sales.
- Good interpersonal skills / persuasive
- At least have SPM or higher
- Able to work rotational off day
\xc3\x98Primarily to assist with Inbound call inquiries from customers with requests on subscription termination.
\xc3\x98Possess the ability to establish an effective mutual conversation with customers to identify the root cause and provide solutions pertaining to the impacted issue which had resulted in termination requests.
\xc3\x98Possess the ability to go the extra mile by negotiating with customers based on the gating options available to retain customers to remain subscribed to Astro.
\xc3\x98Possess the ability to handle customers with empathy and able to tolerate objections.
\xc3\x98Must possess a high level of emotional quality and patience characteristic to avoid any argument to arise during a conversation with an adamant customer.
\xc3\x98A target-oriented person who is able to handle performance expectations set by the company and achieve the target assigned.
\xc3\x98Possess good time management skills in terms of attendance, punctuality, short break, and meal break timing adherence.
\xc3\x98Able to handle the additional task assigned by Team Manager whenever require without impacting daily productivity.
