  • Driving the overall sales and relationship engagement strategy as well as managing a team of direct sales representatives. The call center team is responsible for Outbound Lead Generation, Inbound Sales, Customer experience focused on discovering, qualifying opportunities and receiving inbound sales calls across all verticals. As the team leader, you are responsible to train, manage and motivate the team. You will ensure your team is managing, enabling, promoting and successfully executing permanent and segment specific campaigns.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading and managing a Inside Sales Team comprises of Contractual and Temp staff - within the disciplinary/ administrative scope
  • Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives and subsequently to plan for coaching and training sessions.
  • Assisting in the development of effective call scripts to manage inbound/outbound sales, rejection, customers complaints.
  • Implementing and monitoring the performance of team members.
  • Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets
  • Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Organization, control and steering of processes and workflows
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency through management of account lists, development and promotion of tools, systems & processes.
  • Acting as a consultant to salespeople and providing helpful advice on coping with job-related
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Understand and applies knowledge of the complexities and interdependencies of business processes
  • Effective People/Team Management - Managing, coaching & supporting inside sales, including regular reviews of business plan, accounts coverage plan, pipeline & forecast, to consistently achieve short term and long term goals.
  • Experience in creating programs that meets or exceeds overall targets such as: opportunity generation, pipeline planning, account coverage, and key activity completion.
  • Experience building the SalesPerson Productivity Report to manage the team using predefined metrics to compare individual and team performance.
