Handles and responds to customer enquiries and complaints via inbound calls.
Follow according to the company's processes and procedures when dealing with all customer inquiries, issues and complaints are resolved
Escalates any difficult and complex issues to team leader.
Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's system.
Shares customer feedback with relevant the team.

Tanggungjawab

Requirements:

SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder with relevant experiences.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills of written and spoken English.
Willing to work on shift rotational shift basis. Shift Allowance will be provided.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
