Introduction:
As a Campus Manager, your responsibilities in advising clients on educational programs and managing campus operations. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to individuals and organizations in selecting and enrolling in courses while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of a campus or educational facility. This position requires strong skills in client consultation, program management, and operational oversight.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Student Enrolment & Retention
- Develop strategies to increase the enrolment and retention of students at the campus
- To attend prospective parent's inquiries and responsible to assist clients with the enrolment process, including application, registration, and payment.
- To attend students and parent feedback, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standard
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication strategies
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and lead the team to achieve all performance indicators
- Plan, organize and communicate to the customers on the various program and campus events
- Provide on-going support to clients throughout their course journey
2. Leadership and Resource Planning
- Provide leadership to ensure that the highest quality standards are consistently maintained in the execution of Tree Art's curriculum
- Arrange and monitor attendance, performance, and punctuality of all the teacher in the campus
- Create and lead all teacher towards a high performances culture
3. Centre Operation
- Responsible for the overall campus operation including campus administration
- Ensure that the campus facilities are clean and well maintained
- Liase with landlord on updates
- Perform any others duties and responsibilities as assigned by Operation Directors.
Qualification:
Possess Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
At least 1 years of relevant experience in hospitality, marketing or education industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel/Words/ PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Monday : off
Tuesday to Friday : 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am - 8.00pm
