Ensure overall maintenance and cleanliness of campus facilities in line with health, safety, and therapy standards.
Monitor and coordinate utilities usage, disruptions, and follow-up actions.
Oversee inventory control, including tracking, requisition, and cost monitoring.
Manage asset records and ensure proper disposal or transfer according to SOP.
Staff
Lead disciplinary management, ensuring corrective actions and documentation are properly carried out.
Monitor staff KPIs and working hours; provide reports to the Managing Director.
Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring smooth handover, asset return, and compliance with HR procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
At least 2 years' experience in campus/branch/operations management.
Proven experience in staff discipline and HR-related functions will be an added advantage.
Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Excellent communication in Bahasa Melayu and English (written & spoken).
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
