- Shift Requirements: Must be willing to work night shifts on weekdays and full shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- Work Location: Based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- Inbound Calls: Handle calls related to hotel reservations, travel products, and related queries.
- Customer Service: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and accurate information.
- Travel Assistance: Offer detailed travel and tour information to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Special Bonus: Receive up to RM6000 as a joining bonus.
