1. Daily Operations
Ensure smooth daily floor operations during assigned shifts
Open and close floor operations according to SOP
Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and dining area readiness
Monitor staff readiness before service begins
2. Floor Staff Management
Supervise waiters/waitresses and floor staff
Assign duties and sections to staff
Guide and train new staff
Ensure staff follow SOP, grooming standards, and discipline
3. Customer Service
Welcome and assist guests professionally
Manage table reservations and guest flow
Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout service
4. Coordination with Kitchen & Counter
Act as a liaison between floor and kitchen
Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
Check food quality before serving
Resolve order issues (wrong order, delays, special requests)
5. Quality Control & SOP Compliance
Ensure service standards and SOP are followed
Monitor service quality and staff performance
Report issues or misconduct to Supervisor or Manager
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily floor reports if required
Record floor staff attendance
Assist in staff merit/demerit system
7. Safety & Emergency Handling
Ensure safety of guests and staff
Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents
Report accidents or safety issues immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
